Dusty is a 40+ year veteran in the business. A York College grad, Dusty began his career as an on-air host of the morning show on the then, WLAN AM (now FM 97) before leaving for a copywriting/producing job at locally owned WSBA. It was in the recording studio that Dusty honed his craft and saw the need for a place committed to creative production; a place that provided not only well written copy, but original, catchy, slogan-sung songs (jingles) and talented voiceover artists that would stand out on the air waves among traditional radio announcers.

After a few years of working out of a home recording studio, Dusty moved his recording business to our current location in Landisville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. His proven success, reliable reputation, and legendary work has truly solidified FLL in the market.

Currently, Dusty oversees all studio operations, and continues to play a creative roll.

Production Manager

Jon is our technical genius. A graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelors of Music (emphasis in music recording technology), Jon came back to FLL in 2005 after serving a 2003 internship. His extensive knowledge of multimedia programs and ability to toggle between them has made him a valuable asset to Fredrick Lee & Lloyd. Jon is equally at home in the audio studio as he is in the video.

Jon is our primary video editor – working in Final Cut Pro HD, DVD Studio Pro, Live Type, Avid, and Premiere – he also has become one of our foremost videographers, and maintains FLL’s website.
